A one day free training and networking event for NHS staff in the east of England. Theme of the day is the adoption and diffusion of innovation. Programme includes:

Opportunity to meet members of the HEE Innovation Scout scheme
Diane Ketley will be detailing a new spread and adoption tool that is in development by the NHS Institute. Prof. Barrell will provide some insights into the nature of innovation and the challenges all innovators face and Lousie Jamieson will be sharing her experinces of the Innovation Scout scheme. The afternoon masterclass will provide attendees with tools and techniques to create effective documents that result in the desired actions.
