Health Technology Seminar

27/06/2006 - -

The Healthcare technology industry, inclusive of medical devices, biomaterials, clinical equipment and IV diagnostics, can generally relate to a positive history of collaboration with the public sector, but it is the exception rather than the rule. Increasing the opportunity for, and the potential of, such collaborative partnerships to be successful is the aim of this forthcoming i10 seminar entitled:

"University to Business Collaboration: Success in the field of Health Technology"

Innovation and technology development of likely interest and relevance to healthcare companies is inherent in a number of East of England universities. By its nature much of medical technology is an efficient integration of the academic disciplines of systems engineering, materials sciences, biomedical science and applied knowledge. For this seminar i10 has drawn on a number of stimulating speakers from the industry and university perspectives who will illustrate the potential of fruitful partnership, and a series of successful collaborative case histories will exemplify the advantages, benefits and outcomes accrued from such engagement.

An on-line booking form for the seminar and further details of speakers, timing and directions can be found via the link URL below.
